BBNaija All Stars: Soma is the new Head of House

Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) All Stars housemate Soma, AKA Somadina “Soma” Anyama, has emerged as the Head of House (HoH) for this week.

After the completion of Monday’s arena games, Big Brother announced Soma as the new Head of House. As Head of House, Soma will stay in the BB House for one more week. After getting the immunity, Soma also selected four BFFs (friends for the week). He selected Angel, Adekunle, Alex and Seyi.

Somadina “Soma” Anyama was also a part of Big Brother Naija: See Gobbe. During that season, he did not become Head of House. 

Somadina “Soma” Anyama is a Nigerian R&B singer and musician. He is famous for his single “Liquor.” He is also a famous reality TV personality, actor, and model.

Meanwhile, Terry Waya, also known as Kiddwaya, has been evicted from BBNaija. He received the least number of votes of the week. Reportedly, the jury, consisting of former Housemates, Elozonam, Vee and Saskay, decided to evict Kiddwaya. He was the third contestant on the show to be evicted by a jury after Princess and Uriel.

After this decision, the jury faced immense criticism on social media sites. Netizens slammed the jury for evicting Kiddwaya. 

Following this development, the organisers of BBNaija decided that there will no longer be an eviction jury. The organisers said that the participants will be evicted based on votes from fans.

Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) All Stars started on 23 July 2023. The prize of BBNaija is One Hundred and Twenty Million Naira. The reality show will end on 1 October. 

During the press conference of the show, the Executive Head, Content and West Africa Channels, MultiChoice Nigeria, Busola Tejumola, said that contestants for Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) All Stars were selected from previous seasons on the basis of their unique personalities.
