Nigeria has recorded another 13 new cases of Coronavirus, taking the national figures to 318.
According to the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, Lagos accounted for 11 of the 13 new cases, with Delta and Kano recording one case each.
“13 new cases of #COVID-19 have been reported; 11 in Lagos, 1 in Delta & 1 in Kano.
“As at 9:30pm, 11th April there are 318 confirmed cases of #COVID-19 reported in Nigeria. 70 have been discharged with 10 deaths.
“There are 19 states with confirmed cases in Nigeria,” NCDC said on its twitter handle.
Kano State, with one case has just joined the league of States with Coronavirus.
Lagos has continued to be the epicentre of the pandemic, with 11 new cases, taking its total figures to 174.
Lagos discharged more Coronavirus patients than any other state, with 50 recovered patients discharged so far.
Four Coronavirus patients have also died in the state, two others evacuated to their countries and three others transferred to Ogun State where they live
. Total active cases in Lagos has moved from 107 to 120 with the new addition.
