Burna Boy Wins Two Awards At MOBO 2022

Burna Boy, a Nigerian singer and record producer, has won two awards at the 2022 edition of the MOBO Awards, an annual British music award presentation honouring achievements in the music industry.

Nigeria’s Fireboy DML, London girl-band, FLO and British-born Ghanaian, Kojey Radical performed at the 25th year anniversary of the event on Thursday at the OVO Arena in Wembley, London. The event was hosted by UK (United Kingdom) media personalities, Chunks and Yung Filly. 

Burna Boy won an award for Best International Act, beating famous global stars such as Beyoncé, Chris Brown, Drake, and Kendrick Lamar. He also won an award for the Best African Music Act Category. He beat Asake, Rema, Fireboy and Omah Lay.

Burna Boy has a net worth of $17 million as of December 2022. He is considered one of the richest musicians in Africa. His real name is Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu. Burna Boy has 12.5M followers on Instagram. He has 7.9M followers on Twitter. He also attends many international concerts as he is popular around the world.
