Business: Nersa Board Asks Chairman Jacob Modise To Resign

National Energy Regulator of South Africa has specifically asked chairman, Jacob Modise to resign from his position effective immediately.

In an explanation, Nersa said that it had considered the judgment in the issue among Modise and his speculation firm Batsomi Power, against Tladi Holdings, to find out the expected effect of the judgment on Nersa’s standing.

Modise is additionally the leader executive of Batsomi Investment Holdings, a dark monetary strengthening bunch he established in 1998, that has interests in the mechanical, innovation, guard, engine, friendliness, force and medical care ventures.
