The government of Mali has declared a second coronavirus induced lockdown, this is coming amidst the sudden rise of coronavirus cases in the country. This is a move to reduce the spread of the virus.
Harouna Mamadou Toureh, the Minister of Public Service and an administration representative tended to the media at a question and answer session on Friday.
“The highly sensitive situation is embraced this Friday, December 18, 2020, and for a term of 10 days. A declaration with respect to the condition of wellbeing crisis covers a time of a half year from December 18,” he educated.
