Former Idols SA finalist Brendan Praise and his wife, popular YouTuber Mpoomy Ledwaba, have welcomed their second child together.

According to an Instagram post shared by Mpoomy on Monday, Nuri’s younger brother arrived into the world four weeks ago on 29 June.

“Our home has been filled with so much warmth and love as we became a family of 4 last week. God has blessed us with a healthy, beautiful and calm baby boy,” she wrote.

Explaining the meaning behind the name, Mpoomy said that Zani means “gift from God” in Hebrew and Lehumo means “abundance” in Sepedi.

Dedicating a post to his wife, Brendan shared on Instagram: “I’m especially Grateful to my wife @mpoomy_ledwaba for carrying him through the 9 month period in obviously what is a tough time in the world but your strength continues to Amaze me and I’m truly grateful to be doing this life thing you [sic].”

Both parents refrained from sharing a photo of their newborn with their followers, instead only showing his hand peeking out from under his blanket.
