The Kenyan rapper Kennedy Ombima better known as King Kaka has lived up to his promise of going international after releasing a music video with Hollywood actor and comedian Tracy Morgan.
The song titled Royalty was shot in New York making him the first Kenyan artiste to feature a Hollywood star in the video.
The Kaka Empire CEO explained that he met the star while in an interview in New York and it is then that arrangements for a video shoot were made.
“My dream has come true with this video, I happened to be going to New York for a few engagements, including the Hot 97 interview, which I informed Tracy about. He was in LA at the time and flew to New York specifically to join me for the interview and the video shoot,” King Kaka said.

The Dundaing hitmaker who launched his album Eastlando Royalty last year scooped a number of awards during the Pulse Music Video Awards (PMVAs) held last December.
The latest development comes amid a heated debate between Kenyan media personalities and singers over the continued snub on Kenyan music in local media.
