NEWS: Amadou Toumani Toure Finally Laid To Rest In Mali

The citizens of Mali paid their last respect for late Ex-President, Amadou Toumani You’re who was finally laid to rest in the early hours of Monday morning. A state funeral was held in honour of the late Amadou Toumani Toure.

Those in the VIP stand included Bah Ndaw, a previous military official who is as of now leader of Mali’s momentary government, and the VP, Assimi Goita, who drove the August 18 overthrow.

Niger and Guinea-Bissau were spoken to by their PMs, and different nations in the district sent their emissaries.

Functions were to close with a motorcade by troops and airplane, as indicated by the program.

The Ex-President’s spent about 10 years in office from 2002-2012. Toure died in a hospital last week before he was laid to rest by friends and family who came to pay their last respect of the late president.
