Chairperson of the African Union (AU) Moussa Faki has urged Kenya and Somalia to calm the tension brewing between the borders of both countries. There has been somewhat of tension that has brewing between both countries over their respective border. Faki further said any form of violence won’t be tolerated.

I’m following the pressures on the Kenya-Somalia line with concern, and inclination the two neighbors to practice limitation and take part in exchange in congruity with the IGAD-drove measure,” Moussa Faki Mahamat said in a proclamation.

“Tranquility on the Kenya-Somalia line is imperative to local dependability,” Faki said, alluding to the Intergovernmental Authority on Development, an eight-country exchange coalition Africa.

Somalia has blamed Kenya for supporting outfitted contenders who connected with Somali powers on Monday, a battle that guaranteed 11 lives.
