On Monday, he was moved from France to the Hague to stand preliminary.

“His underlying appearance will be held at the appropriate time under the steady gaze of an adjudicator of the preliminary chamber relegated to his case,” the United Nations International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals said in an announcement.

The court reviewed the charges of “annihilation, complicity in slaughter, immediate and public instigation to perpetrate destruction, endeavor to carry out massacre, scheme to perpetrate decimation, and killing and oppression as wrongdoings against mankind.”

When perhaps the most extravagant man, Kabuga is blamed for having made the Interahamwe Hutu local army gathering and the Radio-Television Libre des Mille Collines, whose broadcasts impelled individuals to kill, and of assisting with purchasing blades in 1993 that were disseminated to destructive gatherings.

The trial of Felicien Kabuga is set set to begin November as three judges are set to precide of the ongoing case in Rwanda.
