Rwanda Ranked First In Coronavirus Regulation In Africa

Rwanda has been ranked first in the continent of Africa in terms of containing the spread the coronavirus pandemic in the country and the disbursement of vital information to the citizens of Rwanda, this is courtesy of a statistics by Lowy Institute. This is a welcome development for the continent of Africa.
