Super Eagles captain, Mikel Obi was missing as Stoke City earn a shock 1-0 victory over premier league side Wolves in the Carabao Cup.

Jacob Brown scored a late winner as the Potters ran out winners at the Molineux on Thursday.

The victory means that Michael O’Neill’s side will play League One outfit Gillingham at home in the third round next week.

Mikel is expected back in the team when Stoke City host Bristol City at the bet365 Stadium on Sunday.
