Sports: Ike Ugbo joins top Belgian club from Chelsea

Nigerian ahead Ike Ugbo joined pinnacle Belgian First Division Cercle Brugge from Chelsea on a season-long loan.

The 21-year-old London-born scored 13 dreams from 29 games for on loan at Roda JC Dutch before the 2019-2020 Keuken Kampioen Divisie season was curtailed.

Ugbo has agreed on a mortgage go to joined Cercle Brugge on with the  €5 million (£4.5m/$6m) choice to buy.

The Green and Black confirm the arrival of Nigerian descent on their social media handle.

The teenager started out his career with Chelsea at the under-10 stage turning professional in 2015 earlier than he commenced his distinctive loan spell at Barnsley, League One membership Milton Keynes Dons, Scunthorpe United, and Roda JC in the Dutch 2d tier.
