Last updated on September 11th, 2021 at 08:09 am

Cuba’s President, Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla has lambasted the United States of America over the alleged pardons for war criminal who were convicted for the killing of civilians.

His comments came days after US President Donald Trump exculpated four representatives of Blackwater Security Consulting, an American private military organization.

Workers took shots at Iraqi regular citizens, slaughtering 17 and harming 20 in Nisour Square, Baghdad on Sept. 16, 2007, as they were accompanying a US consulate guard.

The episode prompted five examinations, and the FBI found that in any event 14 of the 17 Iraqis slaughtered were shot with no reason, including nine and 11-year-old young men.
