The World: January Most Lethal Month As Regards COVID-19 In US

The month of January has been the most brutal month in the United States of America as regards the spread of the novel coronavirus pandemic, there has been reportedly been close to 80,000 deaths in the country.

A sum of 79,261 individuals in the US passed on from the infection during the main month of the year, outperforming the past record set in December when in excess of 77,400 lives were lost.

The US’ complete loss of life hit the 400,000 imprint a week ago, over one month after the nation passed 300,000 fatalities in December.

As of Thursday, the quantity of individuals killed by COVID-19 in the US remained at more than 429,000, and absolute cases were nearly at 25.6 million, the information appeared.
