The U.S.-Africa Business Summit, under the theme ‘U.S.-Africa Business: Partnering for Sustainable Success’, provides a unique opportunity for government officials, business leaders, investors, policy makers and entrepreneurs to engage in discussions, explore business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to spur economic growth and development across the African continent.
Organised by the Corporate Council on Africa (CCA), will be held in Dallas under the theme ‘US-Africa: Partnering for Sustainable Success’. The highly anticipated summit is expected to attract a diverse gathering of more than 1,500 participants, including heads of state, government officials, public and private sector leaders from both continents, and institutional investors.
Morocco, aware of the importance of the summit, will be sending a high-level delegation headed by Minister Delegate Mohcine Jazouli. In parallel with the summit, the Moroccan Investment and Export Development Agency (AMDIE) has worked with the Moroccan and US embassies to organise a series of promotional events aimed at highlighting Morocco’s vast potential to US investors.
The main objective of the summit is to foster sustainable business partnerships across a wide range of sectors, including agriculture, energy, healthcare, infrastructure, technology and finance. The event will serve as a crucial platform for developing effective trade and investment policies between the US and Africa.
As well as exploring economic opportunities, discussions at the summit will focus on critical challenges such as climate change, healthcare disparities and infrastructure limitations. The focus will be on promoting sustainable development and responsible business practices, to ensure that the partnerships forged at the summit contribute to long-term social and environmental benefits.
By bringing together key players from the public and private sectors, the Dallas U.S.-Africa Business Summit aims to facilitate constructive dialogue, collaboration and the building of lasting partnerships that will foster sustainable success for both the United States and Africa.
