A former Orlando Pirates international goalkeeper has shared an important message of safety and useful self-training tips, as the football fraternity and our society face extremely testing times.

In a video clip on his official Twitter account, former Pirates goalkeeper Fatau Dauda shared training tips that could be useful to fellow footballers who are on lockdown and unsure of how to go about the business on their own during these trying times of self-isolation.
During his brief Absa Premiership spell, Dauda played for the Buccaneers in the 2013/14 season.
The short-stopper also had a three-month stint with Chippa United in the 2014/15 season, before going back home in Ghana to re-join his former club Ashanti Gold.
The experienced keeper is currently on the books of Legon Cities FC in the Ghanaian Premier League, having joined them from Nigerian giants Enyimba International FC in December last year.
