With everything in South Africa and throughout the world brought to a standstill by the Coronavirus, messages having been coming through from all walks of life on useful tips to fight the spread of the deadly disease.

In a video clip on his official Twitter account, former Pirates goalkeeper Fatau Dauda shared training tips that could be useful to fellow footballers who are on lockdown and unsure of how to go about the business on their own during these trying times of self-isolation.

During his brief Absa Premiership spell, Dauda played for the Buccaneers in the 2013/14 season.

The short-stopper also had a three-month stint with Chippa United in the 2014/15 season, before going back home in Ghana to re-join his former club Ashanti Gold.
