Why Is Ethiopian Government Battling Against Tigray

The Ethiopian government hasn’t taking things easy with the Tigray regional government particularly because of the latest rocket launch to two different airports in the country. The question on everybody’s mind is why is the Ethiopian government battling against on of it’s territory.

The conflicts are the consequence of long periods of political strains pitting the government headed by PM Abiy Ahmed against the Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF), the administering party in Tigray state.

The arrangement of Abiy Ahmed, an ethnic Oromo as Prime Minister of Ethiopia in 2018 surprise the political business as usual in Addis Ababa.

The TPLF was the predominant party in the nation’s decision alliance known as the EPRDF.

There has been countless numbers of disputein the country particularly the Tigray which is hasn’t benefited the country. Citizens has left the country, Election has been postponed and the Tigray government launched a rocket to two airports. If things goes out of hand intertional organization will look into this.
