Mamelodi Sundowns have taken their training sessions all the way to Rustenburg in anticipation of the resumption of the 2019/20 season.
After adhering to all the necessary procedures and protocols, the Brazilians travelled to the North West last week, with Pitso Mosimane taking his team far away from the COVID-19 epicentre back which is now in Gauteng.
Rulani Mokwena also joined the Brazilians shortly after his unveiling and has already hit the ground running, with Head Coach Mosimane thrilled to have his former assistant coach back in his stable.
Sundowns have also received a boost to their set-up, with Thapelo Morena, who was nursing a lengthy injury, now back in the thick of things.
The Premier Soccer League chairman, Dr Irvin Khoza will address the football fraternity this afternoon, with indications that is set to confirm fixtures and venues for the resumption of the 2019/20 campaign, however, as reported on the weekend, there seems to be some miscommunication between the league and the South African Football Association.
