Shanty Town revolves around the story of a group of prostitutes. Nancy Isime, a Nigerian actress and model, has played the role of a prostitute in this drama. The film talks about the harsh conditions of life in the slums and how women are exploited and sexually abused.

The Netflix drama highlights the vulnerability and exploitation faced by women in the field of prostitution.

Film critics have widely praised Nancy Isime’s outstanding performance in Shanty Town. Earlier this year, Nancy Isime’s controversial nude scene, exposing her breast, wreaked havoc on the internet. The actress said that her body part was not her but a prosthetic, an artificial body part.
