Leon Balogun’s much-awaited comeback against Dundee ended on a sad word after the Rangers’ centre again cropped a clean damage throughout the warm-up.
The former Mainz defender has been sidelined for three weeks now after he was once dominated out of Rangers’ final three video games in opposition to Livingston, St Johnstone, and Hamilton Academicals due to knocks.
Balogun was once picked by using supervisor Steven Gerrard to stage a comeback in Saturday’s conflict towards Dundee, but the former Brighton man cropped up a tight quad damage few minutes earlier than the game.
Glasgow Ranger enjoyed a stroll in the park overall performance towards Dundee United as Gerrard guys won 4-0, but the win came with a value after four players suffered injuries.
“Going off what I have simply viewed in the treatment room, there is genuinely going to be two, if no longer three, missing for a couple of weeks. We need to add particularly quickly so that our numbers are OK.
We should have risked that one but there used to be no need as we had Fil Helander prepared to come in,” Gerrard informed Skysports.
