Sports: Gabriel Okechukwu Joins Consadole Sapporo FC

Consadole Sapporo FC of Japan has signed Nigerian International Gabriel Okechukwu formerly of Akwa United on a three year deal, Okechukwu is also known for representing Nigeria in the CHAN competition.

The 26-year-old was important for Akwa United that beat Niger Tornadoes 3-2 on punishments in the Aiteo Cup last 2017.

He moved to Wydad Casablanca in 2018 and aided the Moroccan goliaths win the Brotola League title the accompanying season.

The previous Karpaty Lviv and St. George forward has four covers for the Super Eagles B group with two objectives.
