Sports: Supporters Questions Pirates Over Defensive Set-up

Last updated on September 11th, 2021 at 08:09 am

Supporters of Orlando Pirates has cautioned the team after their loss to Mamelodi Sundowns over the weekend. The defensive set up by the coach was particularly poor which led to the defeat to Mamelodi Sundowns.

With Bucs preparing to take on Swallows in their next match, former Pirates striker James Mothibi has cautioned against playing with three players at the back.

“I watched the game and before the game I predicted that Pirates would win. I based my predictions on the performances and results of their previous games. But their performance against Sundowns resulted in them losing and the moment you lose one game you can easily lose focus.
