An explosion at an illegal refinery kills over 100 people in southern Nigeria

After more individuals died from their injuries, the death toll from an explosion at an illegal refinery in southern Nigeria has risen to over 100. According to police, the explosion happened late Friday at an unauthorized facility between the southern oil states of Rivers and Imo.
