The former executives of Tekkie Town are legally fighting for the ownership of the popular home accessories, both parties are set to go the distance in reclaiming the popular accessories retailer. The matter was tabled before the Western Cape High Court in South Africa.
Pepkor Holdings is a Steinhoff auxiliary and it was recorded independently on JSE in September 2017 as Steinhoff Africa Retail.
Judge Lee Bozalek said in a 26-page deciding that there wascroom for previous Tekkie Town chiefs to change the points of interest of their case.
“The offended parties are managed the cost of a time of 20 days from the date of this request inside which to revise their points of interest of guarantee,” Bozalek said.
The fight between the gatherings goes back to 2016 when the previous Tekkie Town investors traded their offers for 43 million offers in Steinhoff, esteemed at R3.3 billion at that point.
