The South African government has shown supports behind South Africa Airways plan to lockout pilots, this is coming due to the crisis on a proposed term used to employ people.

SAA pilots, the most generously compensated staff at the carrier, need the Regulating Agreement (RA) that was endorsed in 1988 to stay unblemished at the rebuilt aircraft.

The DPE said SAA expected to lessen the significant expense structure brought about by cumbersome agreements and significant compensations and advantages actualized under the pilots’ RA.
