eTA Not Required: Kenya Expands Visa Free Entry – See the Full List of Countries

Kenya has redefined its immigration, removing the requirement for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA) for many nationalities to simplify procedures for arriving into the country. The Kenya Citizenship and Immigration (Amendment) Regulations 2025, the Government provides a new list of 34 exempt categories of travellers. These exempt categories include citizens from African, Caribbean and other friendly states as well as holders of specific legal, work or diplomatic credentials. Depending on the country, visa free travel will allow visits of up to 30, 60, 90 or 180 days. This policy aims to enhance tourism, trade and regional collaboration.
