Ethiopia: Over 100 Murdered In Assault In Benishangul-Gumuz Area

Over 100 individuals has been killed in a gun attack in Ethiopia on Wednesday, this sad incident happened in Benishangul-Gumuz area of the country. The announcement was made by the human rights commission.

The gathering said the shooters set the homes of dozing inhabitants ablaze.

At any rate 36 individuals were treated for wounds, including shot injuries, at a medical clinic in Bulen, situated around 90 km from the location of the assault, the Commission said.

“Notwithstanding the harm exacted on individuals’ lives and their bodies, crops were determined to fire. A casualty revealed to us that he saw 18 flames,” the association said in its articulation.

This is the second sad occurrence in the country, this is coming after the Tigray region crisis that has resulted in the displacement of many people from their home and property in the country.
