How did Teboho Mahlatsi die?

Teboho Mahlatsi, the director of The Bomb Shelter Film Company (Pty) Ltd. who has written, produced and directed many projects, died on Monday. 

He rose to prominence in the South African film industry due to his work. He created remarkable ads for well-known companies. He also worked for Ghetto Diaries for the South African educational channel SABC Education TV.

His family announced on Monday, “It is with great sadness that we announce the untimely passing of filmmaker and producer. In lieu of personal condolences, the family kindly requests prayers and that they be given privacy to mourn and come to terms with the tragic loss.”

However, the family did not reveal the cause of Teboho Mahlatsi’s death. His death is still a mystery. No official declaration about the cause of his death has been made as of now. The family said it would share more details soon. 

Various celebrities expressed their sadness over the untimely death of Teboho Mahlatsi.

Teboho Mahlatsi was born in 1974. He was brought up in South Africa. He completed his graduation from the Africa Cultural Centre Film & Television Course. He studied at the Africa Cultural Centre in 1993. He spent five years working as a screenwriter. On Friday, the family will hold a private funeral service for Teboho Mahlatsi. The family will also gather on Monday for the memorial.
