BTS Launches New Office in Nairobi, Expanding Footprint Across Africa

BTS, a global consultancy focused on strategy execution and people transformation, emerged with a cutting-edge office in Nairobi, Kenya, marking an important milestone in its African expansion. It demonstrates BTS’s commitment to the East African region and makes Nairobi a strategic location for expanding the delivery of BTS’s unique leadership development and transformational solutions.

BTS’s third location in Africa, and 39th globally, in 24 countries, the Nairobi office is situated in the city’s financial district. This office will allow us to deepen our connections with existing clients and create new partnerships by offering personalized support focusing on leadership development, alignment of corporate strategy, guiding organisational change and evolving transformation in an increasingly AI oriented world.

As reflected in the words of Kibugi Kigundu, BTS Associate Director and Country Lead for Kenya, “Kenya is becoming one of the leading business and technology hubs in Africa, and it has a youthful and dynamic talent pool, and a growing innovation ecosystem.”

In celebration of the launch, BTS will be sponsoring the RIKA Leadership Summit in Nairobi, Kenya on July 31, 2025. The theme of the summit, “Leadership and Work Redefined” will explore areas where BTS has considerable experience such as adapting to AI, changing markets, and new models of leadership.

This expansion further advances BTS’ long term commitment to Africa, resulting in global capabilities meeting local needs and uniquely equipping the firm while delivering transformational growth across East Africa and beyond.
