BTS’s third location in Africa, and 39th globally, in 24 countries, the Nairobi office is situated in the city’s financial district. This office will allow us to deepen our connections with existing clients and create new partnerships by offering personalized support focusing on leadership development, alignment of corporate strategy, guiding organisational change and evolving transformation in an increasingly AI oriented world.

In celebration of the launch, BTS will be sponsoring the RIKA Leadership Summit in Nairobi, Kenya on July 31, 2025.
