COVID-19: Government Authorities Annouces Kigali Lockdown In Rwanda

The government authorities in Rwanda has annouced the Country’s capital, Kigali will be on a 15-day lockdown just to reduce the spread of the coronavirus pandemic in the country. Most African countries has been facing serious surge in coronavirus cases in their respective country.

This is the capital’s second lockdown since the flare-up of the pandemic.

The public authority had in March sanctioned a countrywide lockdown that endured 45 days.

In an assertion on Monday night , the public authority said all developments outside homes in the capital will require an affirmed license from the police, aside from fundamental specialist organizations.

Travel among Kigali and different areas and regions won’t be allowed, aside from fundamental administrations and the travel industry. Sightseers should have Covid-19 negative declarations.
