Guinea’s President Alpha Conde on Friday met with supporters in the nations capital during a campaign for the forthcoming election coming up on Sunday.
There are two main candidate for sunday’s forthcoming Presidential election who are Cellou Dalein Diallo and Alpha Conde. Conde is seeking for a third term in office while Diallo on the other hand is seeking for first term, he has remained a formidable for for Conde.
The electoral campaign has already seen deadly protests and many fear an increase in violence after the results are announced.
Conde became the first democratically elected president in 2010 since the 1958 Independence from France.
Conde solicited for vote from his supporters, he also said his candidacy for a third term is valid before the Rule of Law.
