The Ethiopian government has ignored call from peace from various African envoy, the Ethiopian military is set to begin his final attack on the Tigray region as directed by Prime minister Abiy Ahmed, in the early hours of Thursday.
African agents who had gone to Ethiopia to argue for tranquility on Wednesday, were evaded by the Abiy government.
The public authority gave the Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) 72 hours on Sunday to set out their arms or face an attack on Mekelle, the provincial capital city of 500,000 individuals.
“The 72-hour time span conceded to the criminal TPLF faction to give up calmly is currently finished and our law requirement crusade has arrived at its last stage,” Abiy tweeted.
