Getting There
Debark is the starting point to the Simien Mountains, it is about 100 km from Gondar. You can make arrangements in Debark transportation to the entrance to the park.
Trekking options
Trekking options include short 2-3 day hikes to longer expeditions lasting up to 12 days. Other popular treks include Sankaber, Geech and Chennek which all provide the possibility to summit peaks like Ras Dashen which is the highest peak in Ethiopia at 4,550 meters.
