The KOP is getting even cooler as big doors open this fall. As of November 12, 2025, the Netflix House will open in the old Lord & Taylor space. It will offer immersive experiences from your favourite shows, along with launch-day deals on merchandise and themed food. When Eataly’s Italian market opens earlier in 2025, it will have deals on gourmet foods and cooking lessons. Also, Camp (toys and gifts), Amorino Gelato, and Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar will all have big openings with free samples and buy one, get one free deals.
