Bole Festival – Port Harcourt, Nigeria
This festival honors the cherished street food ‘bole’ (roasted plantain). Since its inception in 2016, the festival has seen tremendous growth with more than 25,000 attendees, food exhibitions, live music and cultural performances, showcasing the culinary culture of Southern Nigeria.
