Ciel Dubai Marina

Due to open at the end of 2025, Ciel Dubai Marina will successfully claim the title of the world’s tallest all-hotel tower at an unprecedented 374 meters across 82 floors. The property features over 1,000 guest rooms, including 150 suites. Facilities will include a rooftop infinity pool, an observation deck, and lush gardens in the atrium. 

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab

Opening in early 2025, this resort, inspired by superyachts, will be situated beside the Burj Al Arab, boasting 386 rooms and ten restaurants, with a private beach. Architect Shaun Killa designed the hotel with an approach to delivering luxury experiences and plans for stunning landscaping. 

Mandarin Oriental Downtown

Due to open in mid-2025, this modern, sleek hotel will complement the already successful Mandarin Oriental, Jumeira, with a total of 258 luxury rooms and suites spread over 22 upper floors of the building. The hotel will combine the Asian culture of the Mandarin Oriental brand with the distinct local culture. 

2026: New Floating Resorts & Wellness Retreats

Kempinski Floating Palace

This luxury floating hotel is the first of its kind in the world, offering guests an opportunity to enjoy a space featuring a unique blend of luxury lodging and nautical adventure. Expect overwater villas, personal yacht docking, and spectacular sea views. 

Baccarat Hotel & Residences

Opening in 2026, this luxury French brand will offer a 144-room hotel and branded residences, all featuring sophisticated design and impeccable service. This property will have sweeping views of important Dubai landmarks. 

2027: Ultra-Luxury and Cultural Immersion

Aman Dubai

Planned to open in 2027, Aman Dubai will be situated on the Jumeirah 2 beachfront and will have a private beach, branded residences, a spa, and city views. It is being called the “most expensive hotel in Dubai” and will offer a level of luxury that does not exist in the city’s other hotels.

Six Senses The Palm

This ultra-luxury resort will offer a wellness experience that embodies a holistic approach and will include sustainable design features and world-class experiences. Travelers can expect one-of-a-kind beachfront villas, a spa, and organic dining.

2028: Futuristic Designs and Record-Breaking Structures

Trump International Hotel and Tower

Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, this 350-meter tower project will boast luxury suites, penthouses, and private lounges. While the opening date is still being finalized, it will be a monumental addition to Dubai’s skyline. 

Burj Azizi

Burj Azizi will soon be the second-tallest skyscraper in the world at 725 meters and is home to luxury residences, along with record-breaking amenities. Groundworks have already commenced, with completion expected by 2028.
