In an interview with this week, Mabhuti Khenyeza pointed out one of the challenges he is facing as a head coach during the COVID-19 lockdown.
The former AmaZulu FC assistant coach was appointed at the helm of GladAfrica Championship side, TS Galaxy in February this year, a few days after the club parted ways with Dan Malesela.
Khenyeza explained one of the challenges he is facing as a head coach with regards to the nationwide lockdown.
While other clubs in the Premier Soccer League, especially in the top flight, are still doing online programs to keep fit, he is unable to do the same with his team, pointing out that some of them do not have the necessary equipment at home.
“No, we did not give them programmes because some don’t have the equipment at home. It’s better if you give a programme to people you know have facilities at home, but in the level where we are playing, it will be tough. But I don’t have a problem because I already know which direction we are going to take to get quicker results when they come back.,” he said.
