Cameroon: Canada Open To Help Cameroon Solve Anglophone Crisis

Canada has reiterated its desire to help Cameroon solve the crisis in the North West and South West regions of the country.
The stance was reiterated by the outgoing Canadian Ambassador to Cameroon Nathalie O’Neil during an audience at the Unity Palace with the Head of State Paul Biya.
“We talked on the situation in the Anglophone regions and the President knows fully well, I reiterated our desire to help Cameroon seek solutions out of the crisis,” the diplomat said after the audience at the Unity Palace.
Nathalie O’neil who has come to her two-year stay in Cameroon also used the opportunity to revisit cooperation ties between both nations that dates over 50 years.
