Nancy Isime React To Outrage Over A Scene In Shanty Town Movie

Nancy Isime, a famous Nigerian actress and model, has reacted to the outrage online over her nude scene from her latest Nollywood film on Netflix, ‘Shanty Town’.

Her controversial nude scene exposing her breast wreaked havoc on the internet. Many people slammed the actress over this scene in the movie. Reacting to the outrage online, Nancy Isime said on her Instagram account that the body part was not her but a prosthetic, an artificial body part. 

In a scene, the actress was forced to undress by Nollywood actor, Richard Mofe-Damijo. The director and producers of ‘Shanty Town’ decided to use a body double for the nude scene. The actress said that her body parts are not that succulent compared to her body double. The filmmakers used a body double for the scene in order to protect Nancy Isime’s privacy and comply with the country’s laws and regulations.

It highlights the vulnerability and exploitation faced by women in the field of prostitution. Movie critics have widely praised Nancy Isime’s outstanding performance in Shanty Town.
