DJ Kaywise, AKA Ayorinde Kehinde Okiki, has finally spoken about the alleged kidnap accusation leveled against his twin brother by his fiance.
DJ Kaywise, a Nigerian disc jockey and record producer, posted an official press release, saying that he disassociated himself from his twin brother. He also said that he will cooperate with the police to investigate the matter.
Nnema Egwueke aka Nenny B, a famous Nigerian media personality, is a girlfriend of Ayorinde Kehinde Okiki aka DJ Kaywise. She recently accused DJ Kaywise’s twin brother of attempting to kidnap her.
On Sunday, Nnema Egwueke took to Instagram to accuse her boyfriend’s family. She accused Taiwo Ayorinde, twin brother of DJ Kaywise, and two of his former employees, Abraham Losa and Tobi Chukwu, of trying to kidnap her.
Nnema Egwueke said that she got a life-threatening call from an unknown number in 2021. She said that the unknown people planned to kidnap her at the end of July. The media personality discovered that the people threatening her were Taiwo Ayorinde, Abraham Losa and Tobi Chukwu.
Nenny B reportedly revealed that the three men made a plan to kidnap her from her house. However, they were disappointed when she did not come out of the gate.
She said that the three men were arrested by the police. However, they were released after being persuaded by DJ Kaywise’s parents.
DJ Kaywise also confirmed the news. He took to Instagram to apologize to his fiance and her family. He also expressed sadness because his twin brother was part of the plan.
He wrote on Instagram, “It’s incredibly disheartening that my twin brother is involved in the situation. As an eyewitness to the saga, I believe that their visit to Nenny’s house had no good intentions and would have put her life at risk.”
