Ireti Doyle, a Nigerian actress, has confirmed separation from Patrick Doyle, a Nigerian veteran actor and broadcaster. She has said that she is no longer married to Patrick Doyle.
During an interview with Chude Jideonwo, she reportedly said, “We are officially divorced.” She also shared a clip of the interview on her Instagram page. She also discussed intimate details about her marriage.
The actress revealed that she suffered physical and domestic violence as a teen. She explained that she had her first child at the age of 19 and “had no business being married at that time.”
She further said, “In this age where everything one says is scrutinised and quartered; it takes a certain level of trust to bare intimate details.”
