Onyebuchi Ajufo has been appointed as a partner in charge of Hudson Sandler, global strategic communications and ESG consultancy, for West Africa’s business.
The appointment reflects Sandler’s consistent growth in Africa, driven by flagship offices in Nigeria and Kenya.
Hudson Sandler Africa has overgrown over the last two years. It is providing international consulting services to many of Africa’s most dynamic and progressive companies and institutions.

Notably, Onyebuchi is an advocacy and communications advisor with more than 15 years of experience working across Africa, the Mideast and the United Kingdom.
She also comes to Sandler from the Africa Practice, where she oversaw the Africa Practice Group’s Strategic Communications and Advocacy Practice (Nigeria, South Africa, Tanzania, Botswana, Kenya, and the United Kingdom).
She was also in charge of client retention and expansion, talent retention and development, and brand positioning in this position. Onyebuchi will serve as the worldwide lead on policy and advocacy for the consultancy in her new position with Hudson Sandler.
She is a board member of Haima Health, an organization creating a network of volunteer blood donors for safe, inexpensive, and efficient access to blood in Nigeria, and she holds a master’s degree in business analytics from the University of Warwick.
